About

Andy Simmons, P.C. Experienced litigator and general counsel for your small business.People used to call what I do being “general counsel” but these days the term is often used by lawyers who never go to court, so I prefer to just call myself a “small business lawyer.” What I do is I stand by my clients, from start to finish, from office, to court, and back.

I’ve represented big businesses and worked at big law firms. I’ve fought big businesses and fought big law firms, too. The difference for a lawyer is mostly a matter of scale rather than of quality. Small businesses seldom need or can afford giant law firms but they do need good lawyers, and that is my goal.

"It’s not the size of the dog in the fight. It’s the size of the fight in the dog.”
